Default tuners

ive got a couple of questions on tuners i just got a sick deal on a c&l intake now i gotta get a tuner first question can i buy a tuner for a gt and down load a v6 tune off the internet or do i have to find one v6 only
second question has any one heard anything about the bullydog gt tuners

I'm not familiar with the bully dog so I Googled it and it doesn't impress me. As far as the tuner for a GT working on a V6, I recall there being a difference in the handheld but I could be wrong. A phone call to AM or Brenspeed or VMP or any other quality tuner can tell you. And any of them can write great tunes using your C&L. I'll put up real money that any of the favorite tuners (like the ones I mentioned) can run circles around the bullydog. Especially since they dyno their own Stangs and use that real-life data to improve their tunes.
