Complete dyno report to my 07 v6 mustang auto with Bama tune
Here is my numbers for my 2007 stock with only K&N oil and air filter @87 Octane:
The Dyno is done by SuperFlow WinDyn Software
CWhlPw (HP to wheel) 178.5 @ 5158rpm @ 77.4mph
CWhlTq (TQ to wheel) 191.8 @ 3956rpm @ 54.5mph
Second Dyno run:
87 octane tune, FRPP X-pipe, dual with GT takeoff muffler, FRPP CAI. My car factor: 07 V6 pony package, 17 inch wheels, other performance add-ons other than above - K&N oil filter and FRPP 05-09 GT front lower control arms.
The Dyno is done by SuperFlow WinDyn Software
CWhlPw (HP to wheel) 194.4 @ 5176rpm @ 77.7mph gain: 15.9
CWhlTq (TQ to wheel) 207.9 @ 3653rpm @ 48.6mph gain: 16.1
Will continue third dyno run with 91 octane in next couple days, I will just road test the 89 octane tune before 91 tune dyno, wasted too much money already...
Third Dyno run:
Same configuration as above.
The Dyno is done by SuperFlow WinDyn Software
CWhlPw (HP to wheel) 200.3 @ 5208rpm @ 78.1mph gain: 5.9
CWhlTq (TQ to wheel) 213.5 @ 3637rpm @ 48.3mph gain: 5.6
As you can see from above results, not too much power and torq gained from 87 street tune to 91 race tune. I would expect the 89 performance tune is pretty close to the 91 race tune. Some variation may affected the result, it was hotter than the other day, might had a little bit 87 octane left in the tank mixed with the 91 octane. Anyway, the result did not meet my expectation, frankly, a little disappointed. considering premium price for the 91 octane but little power improvement, I will just stick with 87 or 89 for now until Bama tune can write me an improved 91 tune.

Great write up, Those gains are pretty impressive! From your stock set up you gained 22RWHP & 22TQ. For just Intake & exhaust your six is putting down over 200 to the tire, I would not be disappointed with that at all!
However we understand if you are not happy with that file, If you would like contact my Bama team, My Bama Performance tuning specialists are here in the building Monday-Friday from 9AM-5:30PM EST and Saturday 10AM-3PM EST. You can hit them up directly at 888.226.9764 and we can see if we squeeze anymore power out of your six! We write our tunes very safe & conservative, but they will do there best to make your experience better!
