Check engine light and wrench came on

Check engine light and wrench came on
I was just driving and the wrench came on with no check engine light on, so i pulled over and tried looking the wrench up quick but couldn't find it in the manual. I turned the car off and on waiting a minute or so and started it again and the check engine light and wrench came on this time. I did one more restart and the wrench went away and the check engine light stayed on. Tried a few more and the wrench does not come on but the check engine light stays on. I pulled the DTC with my sct and got this:
DTC:
"P2135*
THROTTLE/PEDAL
POSITION
SWITCH/SENSOR A/B*
VOLTAGE CORRELATION"
Can anyone help me with this? And why would the wrench turn on then shut off after a few minutes like it did?
Is my car drivable like this for me to get to work (~3 miles per day)? And I have a trip planned that would be around 300 miles this weekend, I'm guessing it shouldn't be driven then?
How can I fix this?

Soundsto me like u need a new tps(throttle position sensor) semi cheap repair. That's usually the case with this code. Really easy to replace. As for the wrench I believe that is the signal for limp mode but I might be wrong

Possible but you know like everything electronics usually glitch some before they go completely out so I would definitly keep a close eye on it. If you still planning your trip I would definitly be driving the car around some to see if its going to do it again
