I'm not the most car proficient guy out there but I'd make sure you check your fluids: oil, transmission, wash, power steering, brakes and your radiator.
Other than that I'd probably check the tires, brakes, belts, battery and trans?

Other than fluid and filter changes, there's really nothing special that needs to be done. I typically run Toyotas well beyond 200,000 miles and other than going after the water pump or alternator as a preventive maintenace item after about 100,000 - 125,000 miles, it's simply maintenance as usual and keep an eye and ear out for issues.

My 4.0 was at 203,000 miles when I sold it to buy my 2013. Still running strong and ran 12's at the track the week before I sold it - had the Xcharger on it since 90,000 miles. Change the fluids, including transmission fluid regularly (was up to 7,500 on the oil between changes and that was based upon an analysis I had done every other oil change).
Watch for the thermostat housing with that many miles on your car. They will split at the seam. Mine made it 199,881 miles before it split and others have replaced it long before your mileage. It is easy to do if you are N/A - not so easy with the Xcharger because it had to be pulled off to get to one bolt that is exposed if you are N/A.
