Kids do the darndest things...

Top end, even on a stock 4.0, is in the 125 range and will vary due to gears, tire size, tune, etc.. But the stock DS has been known to self destruct at sustained speeds at or above 120 MPH.

I was well aware of the warning considering speed and construction of the DS, but I hit it. was several years ago, car has been rebuilt since. it got a lot nicer after that. every time something happens it just gets better.
