Default 8.8" Rear Install + other upgrades

I'm doing the leg work on getting all of what I need to make this happen. After reading a bit on here about the fasteners needed and the fact that they are one time use only I'm going to try an do everything at one time.

My parts list is as follows:
GT Takeoff 8.8" w/4.10s
Ford Racing Diff Cover 4033-G2
Koni Yellows
Vogtland Springs
Ford Racing Jounce Kit
J&M Double Adjustable UCA
J&M Non-Adjustable LCAs
J&M Adjustable Panhard Rod
GT Take Off Sways (Front & Rear)

Here's the nuts & bolts list I got from a couple different posts ...
UCA
W711075-S439 - Upper control arm rear bolt (2)
W710443-S439 Upper control arm bushing bolt (1)

Lower Control Arms
Front Bolt: W711504-S439 Qty: 2
Front Nut: W710089-S440 Qty: 2
Rear Bolt: W704888-S900 Qty: 2
Rear Nut: W704991-S900 Qty: 2

Front Sway bar
Stabilizer Bar Link Upper & Lower Nut (4) W520214
Stabilizer Bar Bracket Nut (4) W520213

Rear Sway Bar
Axle Bolt: W711368-S439 Qty: 4
Axle Nut: W520213-S440 Qty: 4
Stabilizer Bolt: W708737-S439 Qty: 2
Stabilizer Nut: W711029-S900 Qty: 2

Panhard Rod
Bolts: W711504-S439 Qty: 2
Axle Nut: W710689-S900 Qty: 1
Body Nut: W710022-S900

Rear Shocks
Axle Bolt: W709878-S439 Qty: 2
Axle Nut: W710436-S900 Qty: 2
Upper Nut: 4R3Z-18197-AA Qty: 2

Front Struts
Strut-to-Wheel bolt: W709870-S439 Qty: 4
Strut-to-Wheel nut: W711091-S900 Qty: 4
Linkage Nut: N8071440-S440 Qty: 4
Upper Nut: W520215-S440 Qty: 2
Strut Cap Nuts: W520112-S440 Qty: 8

I believe this list is all inclusive for all new fasteners for my project. Has anyone replaced all of these with standard pieces? If possible I'd rather get grade 12.9 or at least 10.9 for everything.

Also, the takeoff rear that I have is in great shape, but I wanted to paint it. I picked up some roll bar paint and some hi temp clear. I figured a few coats of each would do the trick & I also planned to give the new diff cover a couple coats of clear. Is there any prep work for the rear prior to paint? I didn't think I needed to cover up anything prior to painting, but I figured I would ask here.

I'm looking for info on the fasteners needed. I already have the parts I plan on using (didn't list gt500 strut mounts). I have the torque specs too. After some more thought I figure replacing the nuts is a must, but with the bolts being Grade 10.9 is there any harm in reusing those?

No harm in reusing the bolts, they're not "torque to yield" bolts. The nuts on the other hand have Nylock inserts, which don't grab as well after the first use, so yeah, swap the nuts for new ones.
