Yep, the OEM parasitic draw will pull the battery down.
And if you have the Shaker, there is also a known TSB
about the amplifiers staying on when you shut the
vehicle off with the stereo on. Its not noticeable unless
your battery is getting old or you park her for a few days...

If you still have the OE battery, replace it regardless. It'll fail catastrophically in lieu of simply losing charge over time if you don't do something soon. But I'd continue to use the Battery Tender even on the new battery if you're like me and the Stang isn't your DD or you don't drive it for days/weeks at a time.
