Default True Dual Exhaust?

I would rather have a true dual exhaust then the Y'd off sets offered by Magna et all. I was looking at flanging from the rear of the factory cats and running back by adapting GT pipes. I was just wondering if anyone has done this? and if so what kind of feel, sound, and performance did you get?

Also if anyone knows of sites or whatnot for a dual exhaust rear bumper for the 2006 V6 (not factory bumper) it would be appreciated (especially if they are located in Canada)

Thanks
Shuggy

Check out this thread at TMS---nice dual upgrade by afixer.

At least one other has duplicated this; I'm hoping to do it soon, too

Hey Spartan VI,

I bought the Magnaflow X-pipe (small one that goes behind the cats) for $75 and I am going to connect them to my GT takeoffs with GT pipes that I bought on Ebay for $120 and total cost minus install will be $195 (about the cost of Ford Racing single muffler). So, it doesn't have to cost alot to have true duals. I'm sure that Magnaflow setup is $300+.

Just a thot.
