I would consult your manual to be sure, but I run premium 93 in all of mine.
Without a tune, running anything but 87 octane is a waste.
STSGuy, does the car have an aftermarket air intake (Not just a filter but an actual intake)? If it doesn't, it has probably never been tuned so just use 87. If it has an aftermartet intake it may have been tuned and may require a higher octane.

+1 Pretty much what Derf said, you can run mid or premium for peace of mind but, as for any real performance gains, you won't see any unless your car is tuned to the appropriate octane.
Try and fill up with name brand gas too. They usually have additives to help keep engine clean....IE. Chevron, Shell, BP. 7-11 gas and 5 cent cheaper that brand name gas has no additives. Just my 2 cents!
No reason to run anything more than 87 on a stock tune and set up. Anyone who says their car runs better, cleaner, or gets better MPG is fooling themselves for wasting money. The car doesn't run any cleaner by the way on higher octane - higher octane burns slower to reduce pinging caused by detonation. If anything, you are getting an incomplete burn and leaving deposits. Might as well wash the car every day to get the same level of performance that you will get by using higher octane than your car needs (my car always runs better when I wash it and put a fresh coat of wax on it by the way LOL)
