Hey guys I found out whats wrong with the car. It's called a Scrag Gear. What it is is when you have an automatic transmission, this part will engage when you are shifting from reverse to drive. This piece is worn out over time when you reverse and dont come to a full stop and throw it in drive. Eventually this gear will break and your vehicle will fully cease to move. Generally to repair this it costs 1200 dollars because most places will replace the scrag gear, seals, bearings, etc. within the transmission. So it is not the fluid, drive shaft, etc. with what I heard, it is called a Scrag Gear.

I just found this. It is called a "Scrag Clutch"
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SpragThis makes sense. Now to find a transmission place or dealership that will go for this.
Thanks again for that update.

I believe that's what happened to me too. Might as well have it overhauled while its open.

Years ago, I was told to come to a complete stop before shifting gears. My wife used to NOT in her car and mentioned it to her. She no longer did the rolling shifting any more.

I had my Synthetic transmission fluid changed at 112,000 miles. Book says 100K. Pony is still fast as ever!

at 100k i lost R and D, unless i dropped it into L and shifted up then it would shift into D and OD. it had multiple issues, cant remember all the parts that were replaced, but the servos are in casing bores that go to crap pretty easy.

when they rebuild it they sleeve those bores. before i pulled the trigger on the 2,000 rebuild, i tried replacing the shift solenoid myself, but that was not the fix. it is another common part to go bad though and not a cheap part. i think the oem part was around 275.00 and tricky to change with the trans in the car. there were rebuilt ones for less. best to just find a good shop and have it done.

the shop that did mine for 2 grand, also rebuilt the torque converter and bumped my stall speed just a little. they also installed a little add on cooler i got from am. and guaranteed it for a year. the owner of the shop said that the "flushes" are the biggest scam ever and to never do it again. he refused to by a flush machine. i had it done twice at fords and it probably had some to do with it crapping out. just drain and do partial fluid changes or drop the pan and do the filter and partial changes. the pan gasket is re usable many times, filters are cheap. i rigged up a fitting and bought a hand pump to do mine.
