The Tlok has nothing to do with the traction control system or advancetrak. Different things and operate different ways. You can have a Tlok without TCS or advancetrak.

The tlok is a mechanical control for the differential that applies power to the rear wheel with the best grip.

TCS and advancetrak are electronic controls that will apply a brake to any one single wheel or wheels, or cut power, when it detects slipping.
