Default throttle body help needed

I have a 2011 3.7 that went into reduced power mode.
Code P2111.
I cleaned the throttle body and reset the ECU.
It still goes to reduced power mode when driven a short distance.
Do I need to replace the throttle body or is there a fix I do not know about.
All advise will be greatly appreciated.
48000 miles. Warranty went out in June.

If you cleaned the throttle body so that the plate isn't binding, then I would check the wiring next. And get some electrical cleaning spray and clean the contacts too.

Any modifications to your car?

Then you've done the easy stuff - so next up would be the actual throttle body motor has an issue. Do you know anyone near by who would let you swap their throttle body on and see if the problem continues? Otherwise, go to the junkyard and try to pick up a throttle body cheap

Thanks for the help. I did what was recommended and now I see that a new throttle body is the solution. I appreciate the input. Sometimes I just need a different view or some knowledge fromm experienced individuals. I enjoy repairing things myself and I am really good at taking this throttle body on and off so. I was pleased to see that a brand new one is not as expensive as the first Ford dealership offered it to me for. Used price is exceptionally easy on the pocketbook.

Good to hear the new TB fixed the issue!
It seems odd to me that the TB went bad in a 2011. :/
