Default 4.0 vortec supercharger

I have a 2010 4.0 mustang and I have the chance to buy a hi po vortec supercharger for 2,000... Was told it has 1,500 miles on it and it fits all 4.0 mustangs. When researching online they show it fits like 05-08. Would there be any reason it would
Not fit my car? Also with is being used what are some things i should check

I would give Vortech a call, and ask what the specific differences are. I know the blower itself is the same, but there may be different plumbing for the PS relocation and the intercooler. Also, I forget how much it costs, but if you do buy the system or just the blower, you can send it into Vortech for a rebuild and it will come back to you with a warranty on it from the rebuild.

I thought the 05-10 years for the 4.0 v6 were all the same under the hood. And it seems rather odd to only have 1,500 miles on it. Why would someone invest all the money and time to install it, and then not drive it?
