Casco Upgrade question

I hit a GAS GRILL in the middle of the road that must have fallen of a truck a few weeks ago![:@]

SO, instead of paying a $500.00 deductible I am going to get the full upgrade kit from
Mike at Casco minus the bullit rims/tires as I already have them.

My question for you folks that did the Casco GT bumper cover-grille/skirts/rear bumper conversion:

What parts if any will I need to attach the bumper(s)grille skirts?

Thanks a lot.

RE: Casco Upgrade question

for the rear, you just need some simple tools like a 1/4" rachet with a 1/2" socket if i remember correctly and a 6" extension to get the nuts out of the inside of the trunk that hold the bumper on and you will also need some sort of small screw driver to get the wheel well screws off with the tire in the way, like a stubby phillips, or 90 degress such as what i used. You'll need a flathead to take your plate off and something to pull out the wiring harness plastic pop in thingees that old the wiring harness onto the harness bracket that is mounted inside the rear bumper. The rear bumper wiring harness bracket is also held in place with rivets to the inside of the bumper, you will need to carefully remove the rivets as not to damage the harness bracket holes as you will need to re-rivet/zip tie them somehow inside the new rear bumper. Other then that, the rest is just snap and pop pretty much.

When i did this conversion from my v6 to the GT bumper, i thought it would all be snap and pop, but it wasn't. If you have any mechanical abilities what so ever, it's not hard, just be patient and take your time, so you won't damage anything you are uncertain of. I'm sure you will run into the same type of issues on the front bumper as well. Hopefully someone will read this that had done the front conversion and will offer some advice.

RE: Casco Upgrade question

I would like to see some install instructions on a PDF or power point slide. I plan on getting a new front and rear bumper, once I do get those (in a few months) I'll create a power point slide.
