Any of the tuners will get rid of the speed governer and should allow you to move the rev limiter. There is no, one wire quick fix.

Yea the tuners will eliminate the govener, but don't expect to get much further than 125-130, because your stock fuel injectors won't be able to handle the higher top speed, change them out and I'm sure you'll hit 140 with some mods, and around 170 or higher with an extensivly moded V6. Just guessing though, but the fuel injectors must be changed out to reach a higher top speed.

Just wondering since I want to extensivly mod my v6, even though people say its a waste, but whatever. A few questions, what kind of injectors should I go with? How hard is it to remove the gov. using the tuner yourself? Where is the tuner code I hear about.

And something thats been bugging me for a while, that I keep failing to ask, if I install the procharger SC, and it suposidly is a 65% increase, which should put Horses at around 320+, how many MPH do i gain? Any at all? Also, how do I go about changing my speedometer to register the new speeds since the v6s only goes to 120?

Bear with me I'm only 16.

Well dude I'm not to sure about the injector thing, so consult a tech manual or Ford. The handheld tuner has a built in option to remove or reset the top speed and its as easy as pressing a button. Not sure about the tuner code location, may be by the ecu plug, but not sure. That's a 65% "maximum" gain and, I think a 50% minimum gain. Put it this way if you get the full gain you will come out to 280 rwhp, see the 210 you hear about is off the flywheel, not the rear wheels. You actually have about 170 rwhp. So 170 X .65= 110+170= 280. Now you will probably land around 250-270 realistically. Also you will not increase your top speed unless you remove the govener. You also must put on a t-lok and I would add on either 3.73 or 4.10 gears to allow this newly added power to reach the rear wheels, if you don't you will kill some of that rwhp gain, so a t-lok, or differential, its essential. Read up on other post about gears and t-loks if your are not sure on this.
