Nothing like having a fairly new Mustang with all kinds of issues. Hopefully with the Ford spokesman on this thread, wanting to get involved, will be of some help. Had you replied to their request? Have you an update?

Thanks for the support, teetertotter. Unfortunately this was not caused by any Ford defect or doing. His dealer will be the one handling this since it was a third party who caused the damage.
