Crankshaft Pulley and HB

Hey Guys,
I need to replace my pulley or HB. I am not really sure. The pulley is wobbling and makes small chirps until the engine warms up. Which based on my research is a sign that is the issue. I have questions and concerns.
2006 Mustang V6 - 140K+ miles - never changed as far as I know.
1 - Is the crankshaft pulley and the HB together? Do you replace them and buy a new part as one?
2 - Ways to break the bolt without having to dismantle the front end.
3 - Do I need to replace the bolt or can I use the original with the new pulley?
4 - How do I secure the new pulley on? I assume since i need a tool to get it off more then tightening the bolt is needed to get it on.
5 - Any special steps for getting the key to line up (never done it before, just see in the pictures it has a space for it
6 - Any greasing/oils/etc. needed?
7 - tid-bits or suggestions?
Thanks guys.

Hey Guys,
I was going to buy a new crankshaft pulley/HB. When I got onto Rock Auto, there were several selections, but I have a concern. They all seems to have a different size gear (thickness and length) on each one. I was thinking the biggest one would be best but it has warranty of only 12 months while the smallest gear has a lifetime.
Here is the list:
https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/...+balancer,5512
Ultra-Power Brand: Cheapest, 12 month warranty, but the images don't look like there is much cuchioning for the HB.
ATP Brand: Close in cost, limited lifetime warranty, looks to be the best quality, but gear is the smallest.
Thanks for your opinions.

With that logic most topics should be combined....I need to work on my mustang. The reason for both threads might have been the same, but one thread was in a different forum asking how to do a task. The other was in a separate forum asking for general opinions about a part review. And I posted this in a separate location to try to get more exposure as no one was answering the questions besides google it. Which I already did and had questions.

Before deciding on whether or not to reuse a HB bolt you need to know if it's a torque to yield bolt or one that is simply torqued into place. Torque to yield bolts tend to stretch and deform when tightend to spec.
The most easy way to tell if is if it has a single torque spec or a two st/stagep torque spec.
Single torque spec generally indicates a reusable bolt. Two-step/stage torque spec is a torque-to-yield and should be replaced anytime it is removed.
Two step is where it says Torque to xxx ft/lbs, then torque to xxx ft/lbs (or turn x # of degrees)

Just did this job...............biggest problem is getting puller bolts( 8mm X 1.25 X 100mm long). AND getting them in at least grade 8.8 strength.
I broke my 18 dollar Chinese made puller's bolt off in one of the holes trying with PB blaster to clean the threads so I could get a good hold.Well,I was worried.
When this happened,I just today tried a 3-jaw puller,5 ton size, and it worked. I had soaked the whole shebang for a night in PB Blaster before trying it.
Just writing this to try to help out future victims of broken puller bolts.
