fuel pump always running
I have a 2010 Ford mustang v6. the problem I have is that when the key is on the on position the fuel pump runs continuously then starts to whine. it starts fine and runs good. i do have some error codes that come up as they are P0191 (Fuel rail pressure sensor A circuit range performace, P1237 (Fuel pump secondary circuit) there are a few more but they are about the abs. what is in the brackets is what my scanner called the error. i also got a B10D7-8F when i search online it seems to be something about the anti-theft. so far i tested the fuel pump relay by swapping it out from the fuse box under the hood. I also remove the diode from the fuse box for the fuel pump and it was reading about 3.2 k ohms if i remember correctly and i put another one in with the same value and did not change anything. I also tried removing the fuel pump driver module and putting it in my other car (because it was easier to go this way) and it ran for 3 seconds on the on position and turned off turned off like normal and ran fine while engine was started(also no errors on the other car while it was in there). I also tested the fuel pump reset under the dash on the driver side. also when i had my scanner on the car my fuel pressure was reading about 518 kpa and did not fluctuate often when it did it was only by about 0.133. i also removed the fuel rail sensor and tried another one and got the same readings. im not sure what else to check. if someone else has an idea that would be awesome thanks
