Default Ecosse Strut tower brace

Installed this a couple weeks back, a carbon fiber strut bar with machined billet anchors by Ecosse Enterprises. VERY happy with it both looks and performance-wise:

That looks pretty good. Not used to seeing suspension upgrades with pictures on this board.

Have you had the chance to grab any on/off ramps with it on yet? I've been meaning to do that since I put in my rear strut brace.

Yeah, I have, and yeah, it's a noticable improvement. It really tightened up the front, and the car is much more stable, especially over rough surfaces

Where did you get that brace from?

How much?

Hey Torch_V,

Are you the "Mustang owner formally known as P_Kiley"?

"Still known as" you mean Hammy, my account name on the other board just doesn't match.

Ecosse lists on Ebay. These are really nicely crafted, and I don't think they're cranking them out by the thousands. I did speak to the owner the other day and he mentioned he'd be listing more soon. I paid about $215 for mine.

Hehe...yeah, but the "formerly known as" should have been funny in a "Prince"-ly manner

The strut looks great!

I actually don't care for carbon fiber either as an appearence accessory the way it's overused in the "rice" world as simple "bling". In this case, it's being fully used in a functional way for strength and lightness, and I actually quite like it, It'd be easy enough to give the bar a coat of paint anyway (I have considered painting it torch red to match the car)

Torch, did you find that the tower brace was awfully close to the top of the engine?
Mine almost looks like it's touching
