Does anyone know how much trouble it is to remove the 2 side pony emblems and replace the rear rmblem with a GT one or an aftermarket one(if anyone has seen any aftermarket ones please let me know.

No clue, I think the pony emblems have pins that go through the fenders, but I am not 100% sure. On another note, why on earth would you want to put "GT" emblems on your car if it is not a GT????

I don't want to put GT emblems. I'm not trying to be a GT I just don't like the pony's. I am having some custom emblems made but I need to remove the factory ones. As for the rear emblem, I just want something different but the only think I have been able to find is the GT's.

Ok, sorry...didn't mean to come off as abrasive. Just wanted to prevent any GT/V6 bashing wars. For the rear emblem, the only one I could find is a Steeda one. It looks pretty cool, I was thinking of it myself since I plan to go with Steeda suspension mods. For the side emblems, I really don't know as I have an 05. I'm sure someone here can provide some insight.

Ebay has a ton of rear deck GT badges....here is a link to one:

They run from $15 to $20. You just carefully pry the old one off and attach the new GT one with the old factory double sided tape Ford uses.

I wouldn't put a GT trunk badge on, even if it was the only other one available (and it isn't). You'd be putting up with "poser" remarks from then on.

They're different and can be ordered in a variety of colors. Personally I like the concept style pony.
