I installed one Sat. and really like it. I noticed your filter is upside down. The silver strip is suppose to be on top, but i don't really know if it matters to much.

Is it really? I figured that was correct because of the lettering on the side.

Silver strip doesnt matter. I keep my down though.. looks better to me not showing

Yeah I thought it wouldn't matter, I was just going from the pic in the ads. I put my round afe sticker on the end and it looks ok. Only problem i had was getting that damn red clip off the MAF sensor[:@].

glad it worked out i have a call into eric at AFE. the gasket on the maf was what i had a prob with. thats prob what it was. i have over 6000 miles on mine and no light.

Well my light just went back on after driving a few miles this morning. What was wrong with your gasket? Maybe I can try what you did. Any help would be appreciated.
