Puleo76, if you can get it up on a lift (or jack-stands in a pinch) have some one bring the revs up to the point where it starts making the noise, then using one of those oven mitts or something similar, run your hand down the pipes until the noise stops of changes frequency. This should put you close to the area that is having the problem. Also, before you drive it much, make sure it isn't one of the mufflers touching the rear bumper cover.

Afixer, you come up with some of the best how-to info around, I have bookmarked your exhaust posts for future reference and the rear bumper cover removal PDF will be great help. Do you have the removal PDFs on the Front Fascia Bumper Cover with Grille and Fogs and side rocker covers? I'm planning on swapping this stuff out shortly and those docs would be great help.

it doesnt seem to do it when i rev or idle. seems 2 do it when im just driving or turning? ill check it all out tho when i get a chance.

heres an update, lol... driver side muff is hitting hte hanger when i hold it a way i hear that noise i hate... lol so i will have 2 adjust it later.. at least i know where the prob roots from exactly now... i tried the cardboard thing and it seemed 2 work but the area is right where the hanger is.... and if i fix this the pipe will be centered better for the exhaust cutout so its a win win situation, lol... shouldnt take more than 5-10 mins 2 fix? lol

happy new years guys... ill let yas know if i fix the prob... lol

Sounds like a hastle. I would have just had an muffler shop weld them on for about $150.00. They did mine and they cut a spot for the driver side muffler. Looks Great!! like it came off the lot like that.
I wouldn't feel to comfortable with bolted on exhaust even if Superman him self tightened it. lol
I heard that over the years that the heat will expand the clamps and loosen them up. Any way its better just to have it all sealed up wouldn't you think?.
