Default JBA duals with H Pipe

Is the JBA duals with H Pipe a good system ? Is it a true bolt on or does it require welding or any other fabrication ? I recall reading somewhere that the brackets were inadequate and the mufflers did not align properly or were loose ?

Will this system void the factory warranty ? It does retain the stock catalytic converter(s) right ? How is the stock single exhaust system configured, is it the two head pipes going merging into one and then a converter and finally the muffler.

Actually I dont own a V6 Mustang yet, but am researching what mods I would make if I get one.
