price range?
where are you located?
what do you consider a good sound?
As far as performance, if you are going to do the exhaust do an intake as well. Your engine is a giant air pump so the more air you can move in and out the more power you can make. These are also great "first" upgrades to make, as they are a good foundation for future mods.

I suggest getting the dual exhaust over the single but that also means you will have to change out part of the back end, or cut out a notch on your car for the other exhaust tip. I would just get the new back end. You can check out some of the sponsors for this site on what they offer and how much it is. A lot of people seem to be going with Flowmasters but just do some searching around what you want it to look like, sound like, and perform like for you. It depends on where you live at for who can install this for you, but most muffler shops should be able to handle this job with no problem, or you can try your local Ford dealership.

Get a V6 x pipe with out cats (dosn't do anything for hp on a six, but does help reduce ricyness and gives a more aggressive tone then an H pipe which just makes a louder tone) MIL eliminators to get rid or the check engine lights because of the no cat x pipe, then get a GT Magnaflow, Borla, or Bassini cat back system, flows and pypes sound alright, but they are so overdone and really don't sound as great as the brands listed. My generation gains roughly 10 rwhp with these mods so you're looking at probaly 10-15 rwhp because your engine is much more responsive to mods then the old 3.8Ls.

They dont sell that alone do they? It comes with the side skirts and rear bumper. If they do sell it in parts, hook me up with a price and place and i'll go get it [sm=signs007.gif]
