this setup looks more stable thought just because of where the struts are mounted. further forward on the fender

I have the RedLine Tuning ones.... I really liked them a lot... at first... but now that we're doing more work in the engine bay they always seem to be in the way! LOL! For looks and style I like the RedLines... but if you need to lean in from side they tend to be right in the way... which is where the MRT's would be a better choice...

I have the prolift ones, they havent arrived yet but judging from the pics, it looks like they will get in the way as well. Oh well, better than stock:

from that pic they would be in the way.

but like i say the mrt ones are so far back i think they would have to work alot harder to lift the hood and would wear out a lot faster then the redlines

I have those as well. They seem to work pretty well. You have to compress them once before you put them in, it wasn't easy!

I too have the prolift ones, and to date they have NOT got in the way when working in the engine compartment.
