I would recommend to steer clear of this company. I ordered and paid for the harness to install a Pony Grille ($100) on 1/17 and have not been able to get a response (email or on the phone) as to when my harness would be shipped. Prior to my order they responded to an email where I inquired about how long it would take to ship out and they told me "one week". I have contacted my credit card company and am contesting the charge.

Damn...sorry to hear about this. They had a crap load of interior upgrade stuff on ebay that I thought I would buy at some point. But now I'm going to check some other places out.

Man, I don't get it. Charlie seemed like a good guy at first. Really helpful. Then it all fell a part it seems. You have got to communicate with your customers. It's sad, you want to give people the doubt, but this goes beyond understanding. Oh well.

Yeah I emailed them about a week ago asking about some parts, never heard back, so I never ordered. It's so easy to give good customer service, I just don't understand it when companies can't do so.

I ordered rear sway bar $270 bucks on the 18th of January. Still have not recieved, and can't get in contact with anyone by phone or E-mail. They took my $$ on 21st January. If I don't get product in next couple of weeks going to contact visa and press charges !! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I did purchase 5 piece dash kit couple of months ago and did recieve, but very slow ??

Yea, I ordered from Charlie before with no issues, but something has definitely happend to him. I wouldn't bother with him any more.

i think hes probably pissed off at how many of us ordered the swap kit for $400 and ended up unhappy or frustrated. There should have been a small disclaimer. Oh well.
