Is it just me or is the cutout on that sticker in the picture crooked? Looks lower on the left than on the right. This is my fear of getting one of these. I have wanted one, but I'm worried about the "quality control" factor from some of these little guys selling them.

The one that I got from BaltimoreStreetMods.com was good quality. You should be safe if you get one from them. I wouldn't want to get one that might be made from bad materials or be just cheap quality.
