I just purchased 2 GT takeoff mufflers and a stock GT h-pipe for my 2006 V6. All I need is some brackets and a left side mid-pipe and i'll be ready to install it!!

Hi,
Look forward to hear from you if the stock GT H pipe fits exactly. I presume you talk about a complete unit including the cats as shown in attached picture. If it does, that means no need to mess around with welding or bending pipes, I could do a direct swap. I have the rear set as hown in the picture (2 pipes and mufllers), I'll need to find just a forward H pipe unit.

What about the Cats O2 sensors (picture of the GT sensors attached), I heard something special about that? Is it just a direct swap from the existing cats to the new cats? Are the V6 & V8 identical sensors?

Also, let us know about the sound and performance you feel you are getting afterwards.
