17-18" Bullit wheel question

Ok just wondering if I change to 17" or 18" wheels (stock 16") will it throw of the speedo?

I think that it shouldn't....as long as the tire diameter is the same

im running 45 tire height on 18's coming from the stovk 16 it changed the speedo by a lil more than 1 mile.
