Default Hello there everyone, new here and have some questions....

hi there everyone, i've been reading this forum for about the last year now and being 16 now and getting a car within the next 2 months i'm going toward the new 2006 v6 mustang. Even though this is my first post i'm probably going to be posting many a day asking everyone here about what they think about different things. My first question would have to be autocrossing, does anyone out there with a new v6 mustang autocross in it?? This summer time i really want to go autocrossing and want to just go and try to impress everyone that a v6 mustang can win. But yea thats all i got to say now really, any opinons on autocrossing in the new mustang would help me very much . thanks again.

my girlfriend's brother goes autoXing with a bunch of v6 stangs (one of his friends has 6 of them for some reason)

his only suggestion he had was that the suspention was a bit weak and that the car definitly needed a strut tower brace and lowering...but of cource this is comming from a guy with a g35 that is pretty much built for that kind of stuff lol

i will probably go with his within the next month so i will give you a good report first hand

thats cool, thanks for the info, by the way do you think auto or manual would be better for autocrossing? i heard that auto is better because of the gears.
