Default Aftermarket hood scoops

Does anyone else think that the tac on hood scoops are tacky looking? No offense to anyone who has one or who likes em....but i was looking into em and i just cannot get over the way that you KNOW they were attached to the hood....the lines just make it look so bad IMO. I was toyin with getting one but i just decided to go with some graphic mods instead.

If you don't like it sitting on top of the hood, then you can always go this route:

For some reason im not a fan of hood scoops on the 05+ models (there are a few exceptions ) on the 2004 back, they help the look a lot........ but on these.......meh.
I do like the "boss" replicas though.... they kinda need a hood scoop.
I'd get the saleen hood before I'd get a hood scoop.

Just my humble opinion,

that's only for the GT, fang is the only one who makes a v6 one

i too have trouble with the "fake look", if i were to go for a scoop i would definitly get a whole hood

Mine is bolted on... and it will evenutally be functional... You really don't get all that much HP from a functional scoop or shaker system... This is a 69 BOSS 429 replica...
