a friend of mine have a yukon xl with like 330hp and i think it weigh over 5000lbs and he saids he will beat me in a drag! bull, sure i got 210hp but it only weigh 2800lbs so it will bury ANY suvs! does anybody have this similar arguement or actually raced a suv? tell me!

haha i race my friend in his parent's silverado, i am pretty sure it is the 99 high grade one, 5 point something liter engine and what-not...

that thing is a monster though, when we were beside eachother on stop lights i could barely see his face in the drivers seat

My dad has an Escalade, all wheel drive blah blah tank. He told me he would cream me on the road. He took off at a light, I floored it and at 60mph I was at least 30 feet ahead of him.

Yea guys in there trucks got something to prove I guess too. Still don't understand why they just didn't get a sports car? lol Unless they need a truck to make money. I car pool with my buddy in his Titan. Thats how I afford my car lol in his truck lol. The trucks make the money around here in AZ.

Heh, just beat the snot out of Golf GTI with my "family barge" last night. But the trucks and SUVs crack me up. They're so heavy and geared for hauling/towing capacity... I just don't see why anybody with one would want to race, but whatever.

I think I read that the new challenger concept that is coming out weighs like 4100 lbs is this true, If I do get rid of the stang for this I hope that they are going to run quite a big motor for this kinda weight.
