RE: HID PROBLEMS HELP!!!!!!!!
Both power wires are connected together to the battery with a 20A inline on both of them. Both power wires go into the 30A relays. Off the relays is the ground , the black and white wire to the stock harness and wires going to the ballast. The ballast connects to the igniter and to the HID bulbs

RE: HID PROBLEMS HELP!!!!!!!!
From a HID vendor website:
Both HID bulbs keep flickering and making clicking noise.
Reason: 1. See whether the HID bulbs have been connected to the ballasts correctly and tightly. 2. See whether the batteries of the car is too old or almost empty. 3. If your car's low beam has daytime running lights, make sure to disable that before installing the HID kit.

im thinkin the smartbox must have somkind of conflict. try getting a relay and hook the light wires to the coil side then ground your kit and use the relay as a passthru for power to your kit.

Maybe you should up the guage on the power wires. How did you attach the power wires to the battery? Jump the car and see what the lights do. Check the water in the battery first.
