Just did mine, but used the "generic import". Frankly, I like the "generic" import better because it does a better job filling the marker with light instead of a tiny straight line.

Honestly, I like the way the "knock offs" light up better. I work in technology and I think there is a tendency to get hyper focused on the way things function from a technical standpoint, but in this case, I feel like the light distribution is actually better for a side marker with a larger larger diode.
