South Bend Clutch

We're introducing our new twin disc for a few of the Mustang engines, namely, the 2011-2016 5.0 and the 2005-2010 4.6. We have several configurations, a modified Sachs 2000 lbs pressure plate with a stock pedal effort and a modified Sachs Race Engineered 2500 lbs pressure plate with a firm feel. We offer organic and ceramic friction material in a full face pattern for ease of engagement and a puck type clutch disc for maximum torque holding.

The stage 3 Street Dual Disc is rated for 900tq at the engine, comes with organic clutch discs and has a stock feeling pedal. It includes billet steel center plate and flywheel. The retail price is $1,499.

The stage 4 Competition Dual Disc is rated at 1100 tq, includes full faced ceramic clutch discs and the same stock feeling pedal effort. It also includes the 4140 billet steel flywheel and center plate. It retails out at $1,599.

Our stage 5 Competition Dual Disc is rated at 1500 tq at the flywheel. It uses two 6 puck clutch discs and the 2500lbs pressure plate. It has a nice firm feel without being overly stiff. It uses the same billet steel flywheel and center plate as our other stages. The price tag for this one is $2,299.
