Auto Tranny flush near Richmond?

It's about time to get my tranny flushed out- my car had 43K miles when I bought it, and I've put 10k on it... So I'm thinking it's time. I have 2 things I'd like advice on: first, the old "if it ain't broke...." bit of wisdom... My stang is running beautifully... I take great care of it, service everything myself, keep it full of fresh Royal Purple, etc, but this is something I can't do myself. I've heard all sorts of things can get stirred up when you do a flush. If there's nothing wrong, should I even be bothering?
Second issue- because as you know, the 05 auto is sealed, I just can't roll up in any shop and have it done. My regular guy, who fixes whatever little things come up now and then swore he had a machine and could do it. Hours later I get the sheepish phone call..."uh... I've had it hooked up for hours, tried everything, can't make it work...sorry!" So the only place I know to go is the $tealer$hip. Does anyone know anybody good in Richmond who can flush an 05 auto and do a good job for a fair price?
