I have a black one that is in very good condition. there is a 2 inch area on the outside edge where it rubbed (in the trunk ?) and was touched up with vinyl . you have to lookvery close to notice it. I'll take $95.00 for it if you pay the shipping (UPS) from Malone NY 12953 . no the 01 will not fit. it will have to be on efrom a 94-98 as 99 was the body change to the current style
