Default Tires/rim winter use.

Hello,

I've got a 2003 mustang convertible. Right now I have stock rims/tires 225/55/16. I was just wondering what's the smallest rims I could to replace my stock and if possible the thinnest tire width too. I only plan on using this for the winter. So, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I plan on buying just cheap rims and a snow tires..

I assume you have the 6 cyl version...if so...then you could downsize to a 15" wheel.

We have 15 x 6.5 wheels (sport edition F2) for $81 each.

I would suggest a tire size of 205/65-15.
