That will fit, but +24mm is a more standard off-set for the New Edge rides.
We're talkin' less than 1/4" deeper, but I suppose you may rub a tiny bit on the inside, but REALLY doubt it. Worse comes to worse, you could run a very thin spacer like a 1/8"~1/4" up front. Will fit on the rear and don't see any rubbing issues whatever.
