what are the widest tires i can run on my pony rims in the back without removing the quad shocks...i seen many foxes running around with a real aggressive look with wider tires

The max width of tire you can fit on the Pony wheel, is based on it's width. Seems to me, they are 7" wide???? If so, you need to look up the tire you want to run and see the manufacturers approved widths.

As for width of tire to max out a Fox Body, check out ***THIS*** thread you have probably read by now.
