Those are powder-coated 20"x9" & 20"x10" Saleen wheels for the S197 Stangs. They may be replicas as some are VERY good (like my '99~'04 style)

I believe they are available at Hardcore Mustangs (site sponsor). You can head over to the Saleen, Roush and Boss section and some pepes have them and can give you a place to get them.
