Default 4 lug cobra r wheel offset question

I have four completely black cobra r wheels 1995 style the other two are trash because they came off of a wrecked stang. I bought two new ones that look exactly like it but the ones I bought are 28+ offset, I ones that came off the wrecked stang are 30+ offset... What is the diference in the offset??? Which wheels should I put on the front and which on the back? They are all 17x9, any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

26mm = 1"

Your talkin' 2mm and doubt that you will even notice it, but would put the +30's up front for just a bit more fender clearance. The rears will have plenty of room and will help to put the tires more even with the side of the car. If your car were to have the exact same wheel on all four corners, you would see the fronts would stick out a bit more than the rears, so why I recommend the +30mm wheels up front.

PS. Look at my car below..... You can see the fronts are a bit "wider" than the rears.
