Spacers can be a tricky thing and especially up front
I run a set of 1/2" out back, but had proved clearance for them prior to the installation and had new longer racing studs machined to replace the OEM ones. Up front, issues of scrub radius come into play and you already have damage to the outside of your tires. Spacers, if you are considering them, would only make this issue worse. Not to mention, that your studs might not be long enough to accomodate them and they would need to be replaced.
Not sure if you are thinking about them up front, but just to let you know

Sure looks like a bit of fender rolling would be your best friend here. Look up under the fender and find the rubber stains on it. If it is only in an area or two, just look into carefully bending those areas out of the way. If it is rubber marked all the way around, this is more involved and may consider going a bit narrower a tire instead. Exactly how much narrower to clear, may be hard to tell. I would start by going 40 series up front.
