01 Cobra Will 18x10 285s fit on all fours?
If the fronts dont fit would modifications need to be taken place, maybe fender roll and spacers?

Spacers will make an issue of such a wheel worse on an S197 :(
The SN95 wheels are about 5/8" more positive off-set than those meant for your model I know a 9.5" wheel is OEM on the Shelby, but runs a 255 tire. I know a 315 on a 10.5" wheel will fit, with the correct off-set, but requires the fender liner to be removed. Do some searching around, but can tell you that a 10" wheel with say a 285 is gonna be a tight fit. Jazzer :) |
Are you wanting 18x10 with 285 on the front of an '01 Cobra or '01 Cobra replicas in 18x10 on your 2012???

a 10" width is a bit much for the front but, you can easily run 275/40-17 on the Front & Rear using a 17x9with an offset in the 24-28 range

I wouldn't go any bigger then a 275 (with a 9" wheel) on the fronts on any 2001 Cobra!! ...Out back, I'd go with a 305 with a 10" wheel on 18's outback!! :)

Little confused, as your avi says you have a '12 Stang, where the question says '01. To be clear, I figure you are NOT asking about a set of 18"x10" '01 Cobra wheels on your '12.
As Tim said, you are not going to properly fit such a wheel/tire up front on an '01 Stang... well, at least not on your current suspension ;) Best to stick with a 275 max on 9" wheel, but recommend a 265 as a better fit. Jazzer :) |
