Default what 5 lug wheels fit?

I got a latemodel resto 5 lug conversion along with a set of 17x9 SVE 10th anniversary. The wheels don't come close to actually fitting, although they were advertised as fitting. What wheels do fit? I can't get them to answer my emails and when I call them I get put on hold permanently. I just want to know what fits so i can trade what I have for them.

im assuming you mean on the front?? you must be running the lincoln rotors and the bearing cap is sticking out?? if so youre gonna need to move to SN95 spindles on the front

When you say they don't fit, what is not fitting? The lug pattern isn't right?

They rub the shock even with spacers. And I don't mean a little. We couldnt even torque the lugnuts because the wheel was hitting the brake lines. Its possibly the worst fitting wheel I have ever seen.

Ah so the bolt pattern sounds like it's the same. Most places only list a wheel as fitting based on the lug pattern. Offset and any other size issues are usually on you to determine.

Yep youll probly want to look for a 17x8 rim size . I think that is the biggest you can go on the fox with out doing some modifications .

You could try thicker spacers but then you may run into trouble clearing the fenders plus I think that would make the wheels stick out to far.

I am gonna see if they will let me ship them back for a refund. If it was the tires rubbing I could just get a smaller tire for the front.

Is there a part number on the spindles to know if its a 5.0 spindle or a 4 cylinder spindle?

I'm running 17 × 9 rims on my lowered car on all four corners, with just a slight rub at full turn in the front, rears fit well, even with the quads on yet. Sounds like the rims you got have the wrong backspacing. See if you can just swap to the correct backspaced rims. My car is in storage right now, otherwise I'd check my rims, because I can't remember my backspacing off the top of my head.
