Default BFGoodrich Radial T/A Spec alternatives?

My 2011 V6 came with the Radial T/A spec size 225/60R17 and its time to replace them. Overall they served me well, but they occasionally lost traction when cornering when driving spiritually - so am wondering if there are attractive alternatives. Anecdotally, there aren't many performance tires in that specific size, but I am not looking to get new wheels.

I was looking at the Yokohama AVID ENVigor after I saw it in an old post here, but average rating on tirerack are not too favorable. Other alternatives available in this size that caught my eye were grand touring all season tires such as the Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season Plus or the BFGoodrich Advantage T/A Sport with A A UTQG ratings, but I am wondering if they will have less traction when cornering compared to the Radial T/A spec.

Does anyone have any experience with any of the tires I mentioned, or can suggest an alternative?

Thanks

just change out 235/55/17 plenty of choices, just tiny bit shorter about .5 in.
