I have a 2008 V6 premium convertible that I will be trading off at some point for a newer model. I have snow tires on my original 16" 10 spoke wheels, and summer tires on a set of 17" GT "Bullet" rims that I bought used. The tire height on the 215/65/16 and 235/55/17 tires is within .1" of 255/40/19 tires that are used on some newer Mustangs.

1. Will my 16" or 17" wheels fit over the brake caliper on a newer Mustang, or will I have to buy new rims for my snow tires?

2.Will the TPSMs on my 2008 rims work with the tire pressure system on a 2016/2017 Mustang?
