Default Will 235/60R/18 fit on 2016 Mustang GT?

Love my 2016 Mustang... But it doesn't ride as soft as I would like! I only go fast in straight lines so I'm willing to give up some handling, etc. to improve the ride.

So two questions:

1. What is the largest 60R/18 inch tire that will fit on a 2016 Mustang? I'm thinking 235/60R/18 or 255/60R/18. I don't put many miles on it so I'd consider one size on front & larger size on rear.

2. Do you know a good shock that will create a "SOFTER" ride? I called a premium shock maker & they told me that their replacement shock would likely not make the ride softer & might make it stiffer! I would rather not pay for new struts & shocks & wind up with a stiffer ride I hate, even though they perform better.

ANY OTHER IDEAS... how to get a "SOFTER RIDE" on a 2016 Mustang GT?

THANX in advance for any replies,

Mr. D

Maybe a 4 cylinder shock? You know 325's will fit in the rear if you play your offsets right.
