2)Lightback1 Backside of new light with H4 bulb.
3)Reflector1 The factory reflector is cut 360 degrees to make shallow and a v-cut on top and hole cut in back to allow new light to sit tight up against the reflector. Note the 3 straps screwed into to reflector which will be used when attaching the new light.
4)Housing1 Not shown is cutting and removing factor lens which was done with a Dremel. Also cut the adhesive holding the vent trim so it can be removed. Shows modified reflector reinstalled into housing. Reflector can be cut without removing from the housing and mounting posts with appropriate Dremel cutting tips. I did one headlight by removing the reflector and the second one I cut in-place.
6)Lightattach1 Shows how the 3 straps are used to attach the new headlight to the reflector base. Use very small screws for attaching straps to the reflector and attaching light to straps.
7)LightandHousing1 Shows front view of mounted headlight.
92)Assembledandtrim1 Assembly with vent trim installed and trim around housing to close gap between bumper/grille and headlight once installed on car. Used sprinkler tubes since these were flexible and could be screwed in from the back side but other methods could be just as effective.
