This 1966 Mustang Cost $25

I think I might have a bit of good advice for landing a sweet classic Mustang.

Instead of hitting those huge mega auctions at places like Las Vegas where you know you’re always going to get outbid by some millionaire, start scouring the news websites for those small-town raffles. I’ve heard of some people driving away from those things in some pretty cool cars for some rather cheap raffle ticket prices.

Take for example, Rob Danburg who won this classic 1966 Mustang convertible GT a week or so ago at the Bailey’s Crossroads Rotary Club 29th annual car giveaway raffle in Falls Church, VA.

Cost of the ticket? Twenty-five dollars for one, or five tickets for $100.

Now, that sounds a lot more doable than paying for a flight, hotel and other fees to watch somebody else drive away in your dream car when you could have spent that money on a few small-town raffle tickets instead.
